Refund policy

We hope you are happy with everything you buy. However, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectation, You can apply for a return or exchange through the platform within 30 days of receiving eligible items to obtain a refund or a replacement.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know, we will replace it for you ASAP.

RETURNS

Items has been shipped.
  • For return requests made after receipt of the goods, the required condition of the item is: unused, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags attached.
  • If the return is not due to product damage, shipping issues, or product defects, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to product damage, shipping issues, or product defects, Icecoolfan will cover the return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange.

 

REFUNDS


Upon receipt of returned goods for processing, refund or exchange will commence.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary based on the payment method. Please see the estimated processing times below:

  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
