Wrong Shipping Information

  • If you provided an incorrect shipping address or contact details, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

  • Customers are responsible for entering their shipping address correctly. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot redirect it to another address.

4. How can I track my order?

5. What if the package doesn't arrive?

If you don't get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at Icecoolfanservice@outlook.com. We'll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
